Why Escapory
What Makes a Difference Here
Measured Approach
Each piece is assessed on its own terms. We look at what the watch actually needs before anything is touched.
Written Records
Full service work comes with a written account of what was done — so you know exactly what happened inside your watch.
Clear Pricing in Baht
Prices are stated up front. No hidden additions appear at collection. What you read is what you pay.
Timing Instrument Testing
Rate regulation is done with a proper timing machine, not by hand estimation. Results are verified across several positions.
Pressure Assessment
Water-resistant watches are pressure-checked after any seal work. We confirm the case holds before it goes back on your wrist.
Direct Communication
Questions answered plainly and without jargon. You are kept informed at each stage, especially if something unexpected comes up.
Common Questions
Things Worth Knowing Before You Bring Your Watch
How long does a full movement service take?
A full service typically takes seven to fourteen working days depending on parts availability and the movement's condition. We will give you a realistic estimate when the watch is left with us.
Can you service any brand or movement type?
We work on most mechanical and automatic movements from mainstream brands. Highly complex proprietary calibres may need to be referred to an authorised service centre. We will tell you honestly if your piece falls into that category.
Do I need to book in advance or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for assessment and drop-off during opening hours. If you have a specific question or would like to discuss a watch before bringing it, feel free to call or send a message first.
What does the pressure check actually involve?
After seal renewal, the case is placed in a pressure testing device that confirms it holds to the watch's rated depth. This step is included in the Full Service and is not an optional add-on. Results are noted in the service record.
Are the prices listed final, or might they change once work starts?
The prices on our services page reflect standard scope. If a movement shows unexpected wear or requires additional parts, we will contact you before proceeding. No extra work is carried out without your prior agreement.
How should I transport my watch to the workshop?
Wrap it in a soft cloth or keep it in its original box if you have one. Avoid placing loose watches where they can knock against each other. If you are posting a watch, use a padded envelope with tracking.
