Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit, such as your language preference or whether you have already seen a notice.
Cookies do not contain personal information on their own, but when combined with other data they may identify you. This policy explains how Escapory uses them and what control you have.
2. Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active
These cookies keep the site working as expected. They manage your session, remember your cookie consent choice, and help protect against basic errors. The site cannot function properly without them.
Examples: session ID, cookieConsent preference record
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors move through the site — which pages are read most, where people arrive from, and roughly how long they stay. The information is aggregated and does not identify individuals. We use it to improve the structure and content of our pages.
Examples: Google Analytics page-view tracking, session duration
Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies track visits across websites and may be used to show relevant content or measure the reach of our pages. We do not run advertising campaigns at this time, but these cookies may be set by third-party services embedded in the site.
Examples: ad-network identifiers, conversion pixel
Preference Cookies
Preference cookies remember choices you make to personalise your experience, such as your display language or region. They are not required for the site to function but can make repeat visits more convenient.
Examples: language setting, region selection
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some features on this site are provided by external services that may set their own cookies. We do not control how those cookies work. The services that may be involved include:
- Google Analytics — usage and traffic measurement
- Google Maps — embedded map on our contact section
- Social media platforms — if share or follow buttons are present
- Advertising networks — if remarketing features are in use
Each third party operates under its own privacy and cookie terms. We encourage you to review those policies if you have questions about cookies set by those services.
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open. They are removed when you close the tab or window.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Typical durations range from 30 days to 24 months depending on the purpose.
Your cookie consent record is stored in your browser's local storage rather than as a cookie, and persists until you clear your browser data or change your preferences on this page.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to choose which types of cookies you are comfortable with. Your choice is saved to your browser and will apply when you return to our site.

7. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and applicable international standards, you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time using the controls above.
- Ask what personal data is held about you and request a copy.
- Request correction or deletion of data we hold.
Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but certain features — such as remembering your language preference or measuring how pages perform — will no longer be available.
