1. Definitions

• "Escapory", "we", "us", "our" — the business operating at 53 Si Chan Road, Nai Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.
• "Service" — any watch repair or servicing work provided by Escapory, including Gasket & Seal Refresh, Timing Adjustment, and Full Service & Pressure Check.
• "Customer", "you" — any individual who contacts us, submits an enquiry, or leaves a watch for service.
• "Agreement" — these terms and conditions, together with any service-specific quote or written confirmation.
• "Watch" — the timepiece left by the customer for assessment or service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, dropping off a watch, or instructing us to begin work, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to enter this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity.

3. Service Description

Escapory provides three defined watch repair services:

• Gasket & Seal Refresh — replacement of crown, caseback, and pusher gaskets. Priced at ฿4,500 per watch.
• Timing Adjustment — rate regulation measured on a timing instrument. Priced at ฿7,800 per watch.
• Full Service & Pressure Check — complete movement service, seal renewal, and pressure assessment. Priced at ฿11,900 per watch.

Services are provided from our workshop in Khon Kaen. We do not guarantee the availability of parts for every movement type, and we reserve the right to decline service on watches where the work falls outside our competency or where parts cannot be sourced.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You represent that you are the legal owner of the watch or have full authority to authorise service on it.
• You agree to provide accurate information about the watch and any known prior service history.
• You agree to collect the watch within 30 days of being notified that work is complete. Storage after this period may incur a daily holding fee at our discretion.
• You agree to pay the agreed amount in full upon collection before the watch is returned to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, design, and service descriptions — is the property of Escapory or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of labour for the standard scope of the service selected.
• Payment is due in full upon collection of the watch.
• We accept cash and bank transfer. Credit or debit card acceptance is subject to availability at the time of collection.
• Parts required beyond standard scope will be quoted separately and approved by you before ordering.
• If you decline to proceed after parts have been ordered at your verbal or written instruction, you remain liable for the cost of those parts.

Refund Policy

If a service was not performed as described, we will reassess the watch and, where appropriate, repeat or adjust the work at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for completed work unless a material defect in the service is established. We cannot accept liability for pre-existing faults unrelated to the service carried out.

7. Service-Specific Terms

• Assessment is carried out before any work begins. We will inform you if the condition of the watch requires a different or extended scope.
• No additional work beyond the agreed scope will proceed without your authorisation.
• Turnaround estimates are indicative and may vary depending on parts availability or movement condition.
• A written service record is provided with Full Service & Pressure Check jobs. This document covers the work performed but does not constitute a warranty against future mechanical failure unrelated to the service.
• Pressure test results reflect the condition of the case at the time of testing. We are not liable for subsequent loss of water resistance caused by impact, ageing, or use outside the watch's rated parameters.

8. Disclaimers

Watch repair involves inherent risk, including the possibility of discovering pre-existing damage or wear that was not visible prior to disassembly. We will notify you of any such findings before proceeding. We make no representation that a service will restore a watch to factory specifications, particularly for movements with significant age-related wear.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of use, sentimental value, or market value changes during the service period.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply disruption, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Escapory against claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, misrepresentation of ownership or authority, or provision of inaccurate information about the watch.

11. Termination of Service Arrangement

Either party may withdraw from the service arrangement before work begins. Once work has started, you may request that we stop, in which case you will be liable for work and parts up to the point of stopping. We reserve the right to decline future service to any customer who has not complied with these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any written quote, constitute the full agreement between you and Escapory.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
