Service 01
Gasket & Seal Refresh

Replacement of crown, caseback, and pusher gaskets to maintain everyday resistance to dust and moisture. Seating surfaces are inspected and threads cleaned before refitting. A small, sensible service that protects the movement over time without the cost of a full overhaul.
What is included:
- Crown, caseback, and pusher gaskets replaced
- Seating surface inspection before refitting
- Thread cleaning on case components
- Basic external clean of case and bracelet
Best suited for:
Watches that are still keeping reasonable time but whose gaskets have not been replaced in three or more years, or watches showing early signs that seals have dried out.
Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days

Timing Adjustment

Fine regulation of a running watch that has drifted, measured on a timing instrument across several positions. The regulator is adjusted and a steady rate confirmed before return. Suited to watches that keep running but no longer hold accuracy well.
What is included:
- Multi-position timing machine measurement
- Regulator and escapement adjustment
- Rate stability confirmed across positions
- Results reviewed before handback
Best suited for:
A watch that winds and runs but has started gaining or losing noticeably more time per day than it used to. The movement is in serviceable condition but needs its rate brought back in line.
Typical turnaround: 3–7 working days

Full Service & Pressure Check

A complete movement service combined with seal renewal and a pressure assessment for watches meant to handle water. Returned with a written record of the work and a coverage period on the service. A thorough reset for a daily companion.
What is included:
- Full movement disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly
- Lubrication of movement components where required
- All gaskets replaced (crown, caseback, pushers)
- Rate adjustment and timing instrument verification
- Pressure test on case closure
- Written service record on collection
Best suited for:
A daily-wear watch that has not been fully serviced in four or more years, or any watch that has been stored for a long period and is being returned to active use.
Typical turnaround: 7–14 working days

Protocols
Standards Applied Across All Services
Magnified Assessment
All work starts with an examination under magnification. Visible wear and seating condition are noted before any tools are picked up.
Individual Handling
Watches are never batched. Each piece is handled and stored separately through its entire time in the workshop.
Instrument Verification
Rate and pressure results are measured with dedicated equipment. Nothing is estimated or assumed — it is either confirmed or it is not.
Scope Agreement
If the work involves more than the standard scope, you are contacted and a new price agreed before anything proceeds.
Documentation
Full service work is documented. The written record notes what was done to the movement and what the test results showed.
Fixed Thai Baht Pricing
Prices are set in Thai Baht and stated before work begins. There are no adjustments for currency movement or ambiguous add-ons.
